Mrs Luckman is the Principal of McKiney Primary School. She is responsible for the implementation of the Northern Ireland Curriculum throughout the school and, along with the Board of Governors, is in charge of all management issues. She is the Art and Design Co-ordinator and is currently dealing with Child Protection in the absence of Miss Simpson.

Miss Simpson is the Vice-Principal in McKinney and also teaches a P7 class. She is Head of Key Stage 2 and is Team Leader for The World Around us. She is also the Designated Teacher for Child Protection.

Mrs Dickson teaches a P3 class. She is music co-ordinator, provides music for assemblies each week, and organises musical productions. She is team leader for ICT and manages the school website. She is Senior Teacher; assisting the principal in the absence of Miss Simpson and she is Assesment Co-ordinator.

Miss Trimble is the Head of Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1.  She teaches a P2 class and is Literacy Co-ordinator and PE co-ordinator. She is also responsible for Youth Sport and Eco-Schools.

Mrs Cahill is the Head of the Nursery Unit and the deputy designated teacher for Child Protection.

Mrs S Hamilton teaches a composite P4/5 class. (Mrs C.Cranston is currently on maternity leave)

Mrs M Dickey teaches a P6/7 class.

Mrs Brackenridge teaches a P1 class and is the school SENCO.  She is responsible for Special Needs within the school.
